As a Painter & Decorator, you will play a vital role in our success by ensuring our properties are maintained to a high standard. Your expertise will ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard within set timeframes.
Our maintenance department is key to our operations, and we are looking for individuals who are well-organised, strong communicators, and masterful at managing their time.
Key Responsibilities:
* A wide variety of Painting and Decorating repairs in occupied homes, buildings and empty properties. The work will include; all types of preparation, emulsion, gloss painting, wallpaper hanging, spray painting and artex repairs.
* To be able to silicon to a high standard
* Carry out general Maintenance tasks
* Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete jobs effectively.
* Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
What We're Looking For:
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
* NVQ level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent.
* 3 years experience in the residential repairs sector
* Be a strong team player with a good work ethic
* Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
* Have the ability to prioritise tasks and excel under pressure.
* A commitment to high standards and keen attention to detail.
