Internal Sales Executive
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets within a designated geographical area. Your role involves building strong relationships with customers, proactively supporting and selling to them, and ensuring seamless order processing. Youll also provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed of offers, updates, and resolving any issues promptly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Meet or exceed company and regional sales targets.
Promote and sell products to both new and existing customers.
Conduct proactive outbound telesales to an established customer base.
Keep customers informed about backorders, stock updates, price changes, promotions, and offers.
Process customer orders accurately and swiftly
Reach out to potential new customers to promote products and generate sales.
