Royal Mail Group is a leading provider of postal services in the UK. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Courier to join our team in Bathgate Delivery Office.
As a Customer Service Courier, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers while providing excellent customer service. This role requires you to work independently and as part of a team, handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
To be successful in this position, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be organised and punctual, and possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
