You will provide care across clinical areas including but not exclusive to Older people, General Medicine, accident and emergency, oncology, Respiratory medicine, and supporting H-fast Discharge to assess models. With structured supervision, CPD opportunities, and a chance to shape service development, you'll thrive in our supportive, integrated Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy team. We're looking for someone with experience of working in an acute NHS or social care setting. We would also welcome interest from Band 5's seeking the opportunity to work towards a B6 role as part of a development post. The post holder should have excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving positive change. A British driving license and access to a car are essential.
