Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.
3. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Performance Analysis: Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
5. Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial advice and guidance.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Experience
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
2. Professional Certification: CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
3. Experience: At least 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
5. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
6. Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive results.
