Interim Housing and Communities Manager
My local authority client based within the West Midlands is looking for their next interim Housing and Communities Manager
Contract Length: 6 months possible temp to perm
Hours per week: 37 hours a week
Working Pattern: Hybrid West Midlands
Negotiable rates dependent on experience.
Experience needed:
1. Confident and competent Head of Service/Manager with extensive experience within local authorities or Housing Associations in Housing and Communities.
2. Experienced in both Strategic & Operational Leadership.
3. Able to represent the council for key partnerships to achieve council objectives.
4. Skilled in handling funding and finances for service delivery.
5. Capable overseeing a cohort of staff including the monitoring, analysis, and implementation of team structures & transformation.
6. Able to work on a hybrid basis with Stratford.
