We’re looking for a People Change Business Partner to join our team to plan, lead, and coordinate the delivery of the allocated programmes, projects and change initiatives that impact our Staff and Officers. You’ll define and deliver the people elements of change programmes, projects, and initiatives whilst embedding the changes and intended benefits. Using your expertise and knowledge of Change and Project management methodologies you will develop People focused delivery plans, facilitating workshops and change forums, and developing and implementing engagement plans for those impacted to ensure initiatives are embedded and benefits realised. If you're an experienced People Change or HR qualified professional (ideally with a CIPD qualification) with experience of planning and leading the 'people' elements of significant change initiatives, then we'd love to hear from you. It would be advantageous if you have formal project management accreditations (e.g. APM Project Manager or PRINCE2 Practitioner). You'll be an expert in risk management, stakeholder identification and mapping, resource and budget planning and estimating, and benefits realisation. You’ll understand wider business processes such as workforce planning, budget and financial planning with experience of organisational design to define, shape and lead change. A confident communicator, you'll have well-developed liaison and interpersonal skills, including presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management. This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid working with a 60% / 40% split of home and office working, details of which will be discussed and agreed with the successful individual.
