Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and social skills Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in Special Education or SEN Experience using assistive technology in teaching Working Conditions: This role involves working with students in educational settings, both in-person and potentially online.
