Following recent internal changes, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to join our busy Property Services Team. The role is permanent working 37 hours per week, on a flexible hybrid basis split between home and Partnership Building. The role reports directly to Head of Asset Compliance & Building Safety. About the role: We are currently seeking an experience Contract Manager to join our Compliance Team, specialising in fire safety, to ensure that our housing stock meets all fire safety standards. Key Responsibilities. Be responsible and take ownership for the overall development, implementation, management, and reporting for fire safety. Develop Magenta Livings on-going approach to fire safety. Implement, manage, and report on the day-to-day delivery and performance of fire safety across our entire property portfolio. Be our subject matter expert which ensures Magenta Living meets all statutory/ regulatory requirements regarding fire safety including any future amendments or inclusions across its entire property portfolio which will include assets that are managed but not owned by Magenta. Lead on appropriate procurement, implementation, management, delivery, reporting and performance for these compliance workstreams. Previous experience or a clear understanding of building safety and effective compliance delivery within social housing, particularly fire safety. The successful candidate will need to be able to effectively travel between home, head office and other sites as required – so a driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
