Job summary A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR b ased at the Peace Children's Centre, Watford 15 MONTHS -INTERNAL SECONDMENT OR EXTERNAL FIXED TERM CONTRACTSTART DATE: 1ST APRIL 2025 This position will be based within the friendly Children's Specialist Services (CSS Admin) Senior Administrator Team, providing support across service and centres within CSS Admin. This role will involve travel to other local sites as required As a Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of administration tasks, from prioritising daily workloads to facilitating effective and clear communication. Applicants must have strong organisational skills, a high attention to detail and demonstrate previous Senior Administration experience. Advanced customer service skills are essential, along with a can-do attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly approach and being enthusiastic are all required for this post. A knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage. In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary (pro rata where applicable). Main duties of the job The post holder will be the main point of contact for the clinical staff and the wider team, providing cross-cover Senior Administrator support to the CSS Administration team, to maintain the smooth running of services. To be responsible for supporting the administration workflow across services and to deputise for the Admin Leads. To communicate with professionals and the public with tact and sensitivity, providing support with complex telephone queries as required. The role will undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, including having responsibility for a number of delegated duties as a part of a comprehensive administrative service.
