Work base: Leisure Contact Centre / Hybrid
Ffit Conwy is the lead active wellbeing operator in Conwy County. We operate 12 leisure sites with services and services that include gyms, swimming pools, fitness classes and swimming sessions / lessons. The service operates a management information system which controls, bookings, memberships including direct debit payments and swimming lessons. This role will support the lead officer to manage and operate this critical central system.
We’re searching for a people and systems focussed person to support staff in our contact centre to deal operationally with our in house management information system (MIS) as well as to train front line staff on the day to day use of the system. This role will be a key front line support role in a supportive team in our very successful service.
This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
