We are actively seeking an experienced assessments coordinator with a passion for teamwork and open communication to join our team at CST Training, based in a hybrid capacity from our Head Office in Dartford.

You will operate in a hybrid capacity from our Head Office in Dartford and from your home for a maximum of 2 days a week. Your role is pivotal in understanding and navigating the challenges faced by the team, company, and industry as we coordinate the plethora of training qualifications conducted each year.
Role Responsibilities:
* Your key responsibilities will encompass:
* Ensuring smooth operation of our NVQ, VRQs and other assessment related qualifications.
* Building strong relationships with candidates, assessors, and awarding bodies to maintain course compliance and an exemplary user experience.
* Delivering high-standard customer service to support our communications team and aid candidates with bookings, queries and amendments on the phone and via email.
* Facilitating the registration and completion process of candidates to gain their certification, including but not limited to invoicing, managing accounts and liaising with stakeholders and issuing certification.
* Submitting qualification results to awarding bodies.
* Utilising our CRM (HubSpot) effectively.
* Understanding and utilising qualification specifications and online awarding body portals.
* Continuously developing your understanding of CST Training's products to enhance team communication with customers.
Candidate Profile:
* As a dedicated and proactive team player, you should have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative/coordinator role.
* Solid formal qualifications, (GSCE or equivalent level in English is required, qualifications within Administration or Customer Service are desirable)
* Knowledge of the construction/training sector (not required but desirable)
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities. You will be working in conjunction with a hybrid and fully remote team.
* Exceptional organisational skills, punctuality, and self-motivation.
* Proficiency in various IT systems and programs such as Databases, CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Workspaces.
* Ability to stay cool and composed under pressure.
* Solution-oriented mindset.
* We would welcome a candidate who has a background within a quality assurance role or similar, attention to detail is key for this role and thus an eye for detail will be well regarded.
