Role Overview:
As a Junior Life Insurance Advisor, you'll work with clients who are actively seeking life insurance advice. While prior life insurance sales experience isn't required, experience in sales is essential, ideally within an insurance or financial services setting. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure a strong understanding of the products and market.
All client inquiries are customer-initiated and referred directly through our clients wealth management and mortgage broker partners. You will:
* Conduct fact-finding calls with prospective clients, offering advice and converting inquiries into policies over the phone
* Manage your time effectively and maintain a consultative, customer-first approach
* Provide a high level of customer service while ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurately completed
* Receive support from a dedicated team of administrators, customer care staff, and an experienced team leader
Key Requirements:
* Experience: 12-18 months in sales, ideally in a financial services setting; B2C and direct sales experience is required
* Skills: Strong communication, time management, and consultative sales approach
