Location: Central Trust Office with travel to other Trust locations as required
Salary: ATC Grade I (SCP 34 - 38) £43,693 - £47,754 FTE salary per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours of work: Full time, 37hours per week working all year round
Job start date: 1st January 2025 (or as soon as possible afterwards)

This is an exciting time for AtC- we are a Trust of four great schools set to nearly double in size in the next 12 months.
We are seeking to appoint a Trust Estates manager who has the skills to deliver great service to schools and values that align with our Trust. This is a newly created role that will enable us to maintain excellent service to schools and support successful growth

Job Purpose: Our Estates Manager will
* Contribute to and lead the implementation of an Estates Strategy for AtC Multi Academy Trust.
* Manage all aspects of the Trust Estate including upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. To lead and manage refurbishment, expansion and other building advancements in terms of bidding, developing, procuring and implementing building projects across the Trust.
