We are seeking a highly organised person to provide administrative support to our sales staff. You will be working within our busy sales office, juggling multiple tasks throughout the day with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. We need someone with the confidence, experience, and skills to help as our business grows.
Duties:
* Answering the phone
* Preparing Quotes and Customer orders
* Updating our CRM and spreadsheets
* Supporting and managing diaries of sales staff
* Liaising with Suppliers and receiving deliveries
* Managing multiple email mailboxes
* Assisting with organisation of Exhibitions
Essential Skills:
* Experience of managing multiple processes and liaising with stakeholders
* Organisational and time management
* The ability to improve on existing processes
* Previous work experience
Training Provided:
