Unite People are recruiting for a permanent SIte Administrator on behalf of a long-standing civil engineering client for a major project in the North West region. About the Role: You will be an integral part of the day-to-day running’s of a near £1billion construction project. With over 18 months of work on this project alone. Please see below: Your Key Responsibilities: Inputting site operational information into relevant spreadsheets Inputting site allocation data into relevant spreadsheets - staff, labour, materials & plant Uploading site documents to BC - working with the SB3 document control team Maintain and update office notice boards with relevant information Co-ordinate with the internal training and competency team and relay training course requirements to site operatives Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies Daily input and management of hours worked for all site operatives and site staff, and feeding into People Allocation Sheet Daily updating Plant/Equipment Allocation Sheet Collection and submission of Plant and Equipment Maintenance Sheets What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Administrator in the construction industry. Located in or near Desside Valid UK driving licence. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
