Our Customer Services team are the heart of People's Partnership, making sure our customers receive excellent service and technical support. This role is within our contact centre in our Customer Support Hub and you will support our customers by answering inbound phone calls, emails and webchat. You will provide tailored responses to meet the needs of our customers, throughout the life of their relationship with us
Key Responsibilities:
Working in our contact centre taking inbound phone calls, webchats, emails, and any future customer contact channels we introduce.
Managing a broad range of customer queries and requests across a range of products and processes, ensuring you provide professional, helpful and empathetic service through effective customer communication.
Using your active listening skills to understand and support customers so that their needs are understood - and service standards are maintained.
Working with a first contact resolution focus when handling any complaints by working to resolve these within your control or escalating through our resolutions & complaints processes.
Contribute to the department meeting our service standards and service levels by meeting your own performance objectives
What you can expect:
Salary ranges from £23,000 - £25,000, Depending on Experience
35 hour weeks or part time hours available.
25 days holiday + bank holidays + Birthday off + 2 volunteering days.
