Your Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be instrumental in installing and servicing Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems under our respected Fire and Security brand, Envision. Your expertise will ensure our systems meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations. You will work primarily within the Belfast area while also supporting our wider team, making every day varied and fulfilling.
What You’ll Do:
* Deliver Outstanding Service: Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, building strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
* Expert Installation & Maintenance: Safely install and service devices, ensuring everything is in perfect working order while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
* Efficient Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to manage your schedule and ensure timely completion of jobs.
* Detailed Reporting: Accurately complete work reports, handover certificates, and other essential documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry.
* Skills: Ability to lift, climb ladders, and handle physical tasks with ease.
* Customer Focus: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
* Qualifications (Preferred): 18th Edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA certifications are a plus.
* Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
