What you'll be doing:
As a Digital Analyst you will play a key role in helping us gain deep insights into our customers' digital and online behaviours. By leveraging a variety of web analytics tools, the Digital Analyst will provide data-driven insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making across People’s Pension.
* Analyse and understand our customer's digital and online behaviours.
* Provide regular and ad-hoc reports and data-driven recommendations to internal and external partners.
* Lead on the implementation and optimisation and use of digital analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Content Square, Optimizely etc)
* Familiar with tag management and setup.
