Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
Coordinate with other teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to create quotations and proposals for customers
Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing industry
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
Positive attitude, with a keen interest in sales and customer service
