Hours: 15 hours per week - Working Sat & Sun, rota shifts are 7am-3pm & 12noon-8pm

We are advertising this Contract Planner role on behalf of our client ‘City Facilities Management’ working under the CBES contract. City was established in 1985 and has grown to become one of the world’s largest privately held, integrated FM companies.
Required:
Suitable candidates should be PC literate and conversant with packages such as Microsoft Word & Excel. The ability to communicate effectively coupled with an excellent telephone manner is also desirable.
Key accountabilities:
1. Raising, monitoring and recording of all purchase and hire orders and investigation of invoice queries where required.
2. Plan all new and outstanding works for both fabric and electrical technicians.
3. Drive SLAs / KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
4. Ensure productivity of technicians is maximised as per contractual targets.
5. Assist PPM planner to arrange all compliance SLAs are achieved.
6. Liaise with sub-contractors to manage open work orders to ensure job completion within agreed timescales & ensure systems are updated.
7. Liaison with parts suppliers and notification of delivery issues to the FM teams.
8. Manage equipment deliveries, returns and replacements.
9. Managing & reporting on dashboard tiles.
