Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, issue resolution, and fostering effective communication with customers and various stakeholders. Key accountabilities Working to meet 99.99% network availability and management of customer incidents and faults within agreed SLAs. Working to customer SLAs and managing their expectations Providing customer with a single point of contact Managing1stlevel escalations. Undertake or support rapid restoration of network fault resolution within SLA Prior to critical servicefailure where possible Agreeing deadlines with the customer for remote site fault fixes Ensuring that 3rdPartyteam remain within agreed fault management guidelines Ensure zero service penalties are incurred Take an overall pro-active responsibility for the technical support / issues arising within the environment atData Centres, working with associated Service Desks to ensure the correct action for an incident is taken andposted to the correct resolving agency To include all necessary diagnostics / impact assessments To investigate network problems identified using pro-active management tools Where possible before criticalservices are impacted Ensure that incidents are escalated according to the Operational Procedures document, as required Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience Understanding of networkmanagementand use of Network Management Platform tools Proven track record of successfully prioritising simultaneous activities within SLA Proven track record in complex deliveryof multiple teams and interfaces Self-motivating individual with the ability to develop strong customer relationships as well as functioning in a team environment Must be PC literate and competent with Word/Excel/Visio/MS Project Excellent communication skills Technical/Professional qualifications Recognised technical courses on related technical products and services CCNA minimum Approved best practise qualifications such as ITIL, ISO Knowledge of high voltagesubstation environment 33kv-400kvor National Grid Services / Network This last one would be advantageous, but appreciated may not be readily available About The Company Why choose us?
