Our support team work together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes and receive care and support that is tailored to their individual needs. This can include supporting with: • Medication administration • Cooking • Personal care • Maintaining the homes of people supported and helping to manage their finances Our team provides support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends and occasional waking nights.
