Job summary To provide high quality nursing care and participate in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the care need for the patients receiving haemodialysis. The post holder is expected to provide relevant forms of care without the direct supervision and participate in the supervision and teaching of untrained staff and students. To play an active part in the continuing development of the Unit and actively contribute to the maintenance of an environment conducive to the delivery of high standards of patient care by promoting good communication and relationships between staff, patients, relatives and visitors. Please note this post is not suitable for newly qualified staff as haemodialysis experience is required.
