Salary: Starting at £52,307 with biennial increments

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Learning & Organisational Development to lead and inspire a culture of continuous learning and development across the Trust.
About the Role:
As Head of Learning & Organisational Development, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce's capabilities to support our mission. You will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative learning and development strategies and organisational development initiatives. Collaborating closely with senior leaders and the People and Culture team, you will ensure our people strategy aligns with and drives our broader organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing Learning & Development (L&D) and Organisational Development (OD) team, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Oversee the design and delivery of strategic organisational development programmes, ensuring they align with the Trust’s vision and priorities.
* Develop and implement workforce planning strategies, including apprenticeship and talent development programmes.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed transformational and compassionate leadership across the organisation.
* Identify innovative ways to progress the talent development agenda and maintain robust service delivery ensuring KPI’s and training compliance remains above target.
* Manage the Learning & Development budget, ensuring value for money and effective resource allocation.
* Represent the Trust at regional and national levels, sharing best practices and fostering external partnerships.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including the National Core Skills and Training Framework, CQC, and Ofsted requirements.
* Champion Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.
About You:
We are looking for an inspiring leader with a strong background in Learning & Organisational Development. The ideal candidate will have:
* Master's degree in Organisational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), Training, Psychology, Human Resources (HR), or a related field.
* Relevant professional experience or qualifications (e.g., CIPD, Psychometrics, Coaching).
* Significant experience leading OD and change management initiatives at a senior level.
* Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proven track record of delivering impactful learning solutions and workforce development strategies.
* Financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
