Our client is a well-established firm within the textile company, currently seeking a friendly & professional member for their customer service team.
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, Friday 8.30am-1pm
The role:
1. Liaising with customers via email & telephone.
2. Processing & inputting orders.
3. Management & organisation of deliveries.
4. Monthly customer reports.
5. General office administration.
About you:
1. 1+ years in an administration or customer service role.
2. Proficiency with MS Office.
3. Previous experience in the textiles industry is advantageous.
