As a Forest School Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outdoor education programs that inspire and engage students. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver a range of Forest School sessions tailored to secondary school students. Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate outdoor learning with the national curriculum. Foster a safe and inclusive environment where students can develop confidence, resilience, and a connection to nature. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their holistic development. Maintain and manage outdoor learning spaces and resources. Qualifications and Experience: Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification or equivalent. Experience working with secondary school-aged children in an educational or outdoor setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. First Aid certification is desirable.
