What will you be doing? Influencing hiring managers to recruit the best talent through robust vacancy briefing meetings, screening applications via interviews and assessments, providing hiring managers with high quality shortlists and driving hiring managers to be self-sufficient in the recruitment of talent
Management of Applicant Tracking System in line with GDPR and confidentiality best practice, ensuring Recruitee is updated and optimised accordingly
Support the up-skilling of our Hiring Manager population and the wider HR Team with Recruitment/Interview Skills training
Provide regular meaningful recruitment reporting to relevant HR and business stakeholders
Update all relevant reports and trackers (Recruitment Tracker, Budget Tracker, PSL Tracker, etc)
Day to day management of recruitment agency Preferred Supplier List (PSL) relationships as required
Using data to guide and influence decision-making
Support continuous improvement of “TA toolkit” (systems, sources, tools and technology) in partnership with Senior TA Manager
Maintain skills in recruitment delivery methodologies and hiring manager best practice
Candidate Experience Receive, review and qualify all candidates focusing on quality and candidate experience (we have testing and assessment tools that can support with high application volume roles)
Continue to ensure KP is providing a diverse shortlist of candidates to hiring managers and promoting our DE&I agenda
Deliver a world class candidate experience during all touch points with candidates that will promote KP as an employer of choice
Projects you’ll be required to deliver Explore innovative routes to market
Upskill hiring managers in best practice selection techniques and tools
Developing talent pipelining and proactive sourcing strategies

We'd love to hear from you if can evidence the following: Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with in-house and agency experience
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to use data to drive sourcing and hiring decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for story-telling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities
