I’m looking for a Senior Customer Service Coordinator who will be based on site at this luxury, award winning development. You’ll get to meet your homeowners face to face and work collaboratively with your Customer Service Manager to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. You’ll be highly proficient in their current role, with a proven track record of dealing with escalated complaints, complex defects, and demanding customers – standard I hear you say.
Here’s where we mix it up, you’ll also be expected to manage initial snagging lists from start to finish ensuring everything is cleared within the SLA’s, conducting home demonstrations, carrying out plot inspections with a view to signing off as completed and visiting customers to inspect/assess warranty issues raised and progress with relevant trades or Customer Service Operatives to close out issues.
