Ward 5 is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our dynamic and friendly team. Ward 5 is a 28-bedded ward and is part of the Older Persons Continuing Care (OPCC) pathway within Older Persons Services (OPS). We cater to medically fit patients waiting for discharge and discharge planning. Our aim is to provide the highest standards of care and enhance our patients' stay through socialization on the ward or in our Flower Garden, along with daily activities and music.
We work closely as a multidisciplinary team (MDT) with Specialist nursing teams, Therapists, Doctors, Nursing staff, and Pharmacy. We involve patients and their relatives in their care as much as possible. This post is for a Registered Nurse with an NMC PIN and offers the successful candidate incredible opportunities for career development while making a significant impact on the unique service we provide.
