Associate Relationship Director
As an Associate Relationship Director, you will work in partnership with the Relationship director to achieve business goals.
You will also identify sales opportunities with relations and prospects by phone, follow up on sales and fee opportunities, organize and manage quote requests and targeted marketing campaigns.
As an Assistant Relationship Director, you will play a pivotal part in the execution of the Direct Business units goals and objectives.
Your role will involve assisting the Relationship Director by identifying, evaluating and targeting key customers within the mid-large corporate market, developing and executing a prospect plan to acquire new clients and be responsible for the management of the existing portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with Rabobank to seize opportunities, support DLL in becoming a primary strategic pillar of Rabobank and thrive in a highly networked international matrix environment.
Your creativity and structuring expertise will be essential in developing customer-centric solutions, managing complex accounts, and building enduring partnerships with DLL. You will assist a dedicated relationship Director with executing all customer facing tasks throughout the onboarding and in life management stages.

Day to day:
1. Enabling execution: to process manage the execution of the DLL Product including
2. Providing support and assistance in the initial client engagement including pitch book preparation, compliance checks, NDAs, internal systems input, Pricing returns scenario analysis, internal commercial engagement
3. Assist in financial analysis and financial modelling, deal structuring (pricing, covenant setting and monitoring etc.)
4. Assist in deal team /credit application production including the Sustainability requirements and Structuring analysis
5. Onboarding and internal approval requirements (including obtaining KYC sign off)
6. Providing Support in document negotiation
7. Signing/closing/post-closing co-ordination, co-operation with other stakeholders involved in closing.
8. Assist Relationship Director by managing Pipeline and formulating and executing new business plans
9. Help shape, set up and create / manage operational policy in line with DLLs Direct market facing goals
10. Build relationships with other departments such as Asset Management, Credit, Legal, Customer Services & Pay-out Management to ensure an optimal end-user experience.
11. Communicate effectively to internal partners.

Extras:
27. Experience in the Construction, Transportation, Material Handling, Food or Agriculture Industry.
