This brand sits within the construction, electrical and trade industry with crossover into education, qualification and certification across distinct areas of the business. It’s an exciting time for someone with solid B2B / corporate social media and content experience to be joining, as the communications team and brand grows.
The team is driven and collaborative and there will be ample visibility and development opportunities. You’ll be reporting into a head of marketing and communications whose leadership style is professional and nurturing – giving you the freedom to own your role and take responsibility and initiative.

What will you be doing and what experience is needed:
* You will be working closely with the wider communications team across PR, marketing, digital, events; leading and driving the strategy and planning as well as the tactical delivery of social and content across the business. A good grasp of data and analytics and audience behaviour and how to interpret that is essential.
* This is a leadership role so you will need a solid social media / digital background and experience either at manager level – at an agency or for a large brand - or for this to be your next natural step up.
* Project managing the workflow, budgets and content across multiple campaigns on various platforms to meet business objectives with strong copywriting and asset design skills.
* Transforming complex technical / key messages and information into easy to digest language and engaging social content that gets cut through, drives engagement, brand awareness and conversion across various digital platforms.
