Job Description
* Coordinate office activities and operations in the Secretarial & Business Support Department.
* Manage agendas and appointments for senior team members.
* Support team by completing administrative tasks such as handling correspondence and organising meetings.
* Ensure the smooth running of the department by maintaining proper document and record management.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
* Help in the preparation of regular reports and presentations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA should have:
* A strong understanding and experience in office administration.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Qualifications in Business Administration or relevant field.
