As a dedicated and experienced Sterile Services Manager, you will be responsible for shaping Manx Cares decontamination policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and aligned with best practices. Main duties of the job You will provide expert advice to clinicians and managers on the compliance of their equipment and decontamination processes while delivering a comprehensive strategic and operational management leadership to Manx Care Sterile Services Department.
