🔹 The Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the bid and tender process, ensuring proposals are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role involves tracking opportunities, managing documents, coordinating deadlines, and supporting bid submissions, with a view to growing into a more strategic bid management position over time.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide operational and administrative support for bids and tenders
✔️ Track and monitor tender portals for new opportunities
✔️ Maintain bid templates, credentials, case studies, and other supporting materials
✔️ Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading bid content
✔️ Coordinate bid timelines, ensuring all submissions meet deadlines
✔️ Work closely with senior bid professionals to develop winning proposals
✔️ Support post-bid analysis and reporting
