As a Sr. Compensation and International Benefits Analyst, you will be instrumental in the development, delivery, and administration of compensation and benefits programs globally. Working closely with our Director of International Compensation & Benefits you will be responsible for benchmarking, analyzing and interpreting data related to compensation as well as understanding the benefits platforms, administration and enrolment across our EMEA and APAC locations. What you will do: Compensation: Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including short-term and long-term incentives Manage benchmark survey participation. Analyze and interpret relevant market data, and develop recommendations for updates to job architecture, salary structures and bonus targets as appropriate; propose salary increase budgets on a global basis Participate in compensation projects that will design & review salary structures, leveling systems and other comp related initiatives Provide regular and ad hoc analysis, build financial reports and models, and drive insightful color of business performances; statistical modeling a plus Work across functions to drive efficient processes and systems, leveraging best practices Provide key support during annual compensation review and bonus cycles through data analysis and cycle planning Benefits: Primarily providing benefits management for a portfolio of countries as well as associated project work in support of the broader global benefits strategy as required Co-ordinate annual benefit renewals and re-broking exercises in conjunction with appointed brokers and vendors Project manage and implement new benefit programs coordinating with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Payroll, Finance and Legal Assist in completing competitive benchmarking analysis across the regions ensuring alignment with corporate strategies/philosophies and legal requirements, participating in and analyzing local surveys as necessary Support on all aspects of benefits communication for colleagues and our stakeholders within the HR team Use market trends and benchmarking data to improve and/or determine which benefit programs are right for us What you will bring to Coupa: Experience in compensation and benefits analysis and administration preferred. (5 years experience) Experience in compensation salary and benefits planning, incentive programs, market pricing and analytics preferred Strong written, verbal and interpersonal relationship and communication skills Laser-focused, with excellent attention to detail Highly analytical to effectively analyze large, complex data and develop dynamic tools and models; requires advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and overall proficiency in MS Office suite.
