About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver top quality products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
* Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to health and safety standards
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery operations
Requirements:
* Full UK or EU driving licence
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience
* Maximum of 6 penalty points
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
