About You We’re hoping that you're a passionate, values driven, and dynamic professional who wants to play an integral role in supporting our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) as a Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative mental health services that empower children, young people, and families. If you’re ready to use your leadership skills and mental health expertise to make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll bring: A relevant degree (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing) and registration with a professional body (e.g., HCPC, NMC). A supervision qualification or a willingness to complete one. Accredited training in evidence-based treatments, ideally with BABCP Accreditation. Experience delivering CBT, providing supervision, and working with children and young people with complex needs. A proven ability to manage teams, work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary settings, and influence positive change. Knowledge of safeguarding, Mental Health Law, and risk management strategies. Analytical skills, workload planning, strong IT skills and a commitment to using data to enhance services. You should be flexible, solution-focused, and passionate about inclusive practice. A driving license and access to transport are essential for this role (for individuals who cannot drive due to a disability, we can consider accessibility options i.e. provided via Access to Work etc).
