Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day purchasing, including regular and ad hoc orders.
• Research and negotiate to find the best prices and suppliers
• Ensure timely procurement of goods while maintaining cost-efficiency.
• Accurately input purchase and supplier information into the company ledger.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service.
About You:
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Confident in negotiating and finding the best deals to optimise costs.
• Comfortable working with ledgers and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential.
