Elevation Recruitment Group HR Division are currently working on an exciting role with a highly profitable and successful business based in Leeds who are looking for a Rewards Analyst on to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Reward Manager, the role will be responsible for compensation, benefits, recognition, and health & wellness. As a Rewards Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Supporting with Global Benefits development Implementing the annual benefits window Advising on rewards, compensation and benefits governance Supporting with job levelling and pricing Project work including the implementation of Career Framework MI Reporting Analysing data surrounding salary surveys Coordination long-term incentives and bonus schemes Benefits include: Hybrid / Remote Working Free Onsite Car Parking Flexible Working Hours 27 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays The right candidate will have previous Reward Analytics experience including job levelling, annual compensation cycles, an awareness of reward frameworks as well as being highly competent on Microsoft Excel.
