Job Title: Housing Officer
Contract Type: 1 x Fixed Term Contracts for 7 months with an end date of approx. 01/11/2025
Salary: £33,487.46
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday Hybrid
Location: Halton and Liverpool

The difference you will make as a Housing Officer:
The principal frontline worker will maximise the economic viability, social sustainability and self-sufficiency of the tenancies in their patch through targeted support, services and action, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as an ‘Account Manager’, advocating for the customer to ensure that other teams are providing services to the expected level.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a proven track record of delivering a high-quality customer service function, preferably in the housing sector.
* Has effective stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
* Is customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Has excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
* Has a proven track record of successfully solving difficult problems.
* Has a proven track record of demonstrating initiative.
* Has the ability to remain calm in a pressurised environment.
* Is proficient in a range of IT packages including Microsoft Office.
* Is an excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements.

Role Profile:
