What we are looking for: Previous experience in an ICT support role Experience working with Microsoft 365, MS Office Suite & Admin centres A good understanding of ICT ticketing systems (Ticket Handling, SLAs, Escalation) & remote support (remote access tools & cloud dashboards) A clear understanding of key IT technologies, Networking, Operating systems, Physical & virtual servers, MacOS & Windows, AV & conference systems, printers Knowledgeable in basic IT security, threats, risks on physical & virtual systems, common security practices Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders in person, over phone or through instant messaging Strong team player with the ability to work with ICT colleagues with troubleshooting, team meetings & project work What would be desirable: Experience with the HaloITSM system Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network devices, APs, Routers, Switches Grasp of VOIP & cloud phone systems and telephony devices What you’ll need to do: You will be working as part of the ICT team to provide support across the business. This will include: Triaging and managing ICT tickets by identifying key issues or requests, resolving issues in a timely manner and escalating issues where necessary Troubleshooting ICT support issues for software & hardware across Cavendish IT systems (cloud & on-premises), user devices (laptops, mobiles, iPads). Providing professional support to staff in person or remotely Performing systems administrative functions such as user account setups, deactivation, information changes or requests for access. Setting up, maintaining, diagnosing and refurbishing ICT devices used across the business Performing routine tasks with ICT team to maintain business continuity and appropriate access to systems for staff and external users.
