Job Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business pipelines, using our Sales & Marketing Strategy.
* Achieve sales growth in line with company, departmental, and individual targets.
* Work closely with other departments to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
* Prepare quotations and tender submissions that reflect our market proposition.
* Build and maintain a live customer and prospect bank with credible forecasts.
* Plan sales activity effectively, with regular contact with prospects and customers.
* Contribute to marketing and sales campaigns, sharing ideas and content.
* Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve performance and growth.
* Represent the company, ensuring our market proposition is compelling and relevant.
Requirements
* Commercially astute, with a proven track record of sales success.
* Excellent communication and customer support skills.
* Good analytical and organisational skills, with proficient Excel skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively, leading a team to complete sales.
