1. Answer and resolve customer queries and demonstrate ownership of the task.
2. General policy administration.
3. Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded.
5. Produce high-quality documentation and maintain records on our systems.
6. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products.
7. Identify trends and areas for improvement with a solution-based attitude.
8. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
9. Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with.
10. Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements.
Skills & Experience:
1. Experience within a customer-facing/support role.
2. Good general education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
3. Customer focused - a passion for customer service and exceeding expectations.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
6. Team player.
7. High attention to detail.
8. Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
9. Competent with ICT and keen to learn and develop new systems.
10. A love of pets.

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
