As a Branch Manager based in our Avonmouth Branch,you’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading, developing and motivating a great team
2. Focusing on increasing sales and growth with full P&L responsibility
3. Providing excellent customer service, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
4. Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch, adhering to company policies and procedures, health & safety and leadership/ people management of the team.
And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful Branch Manager.
5. Previous branch/store management experience, strong people manager
6. Industry experience preferred - Hire/Utilities sector
7. Ability to learn our products and customer base, training on this can be given.
8. Strong focus on sales growth and developing the team
9. Hardworking, reliable, proactive, a strong team player
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week - 7am-4pm preferably.
