Purpose of the job
As the Account Executive Analyst, you will work closely with the Client Services and Data Governance teams to manage and deliver campaign allocations and data services to the client efficiently, accurately, and on time. You will be responsible for creating and delivering retail campaign allocations, store data management, and analytical support. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with campaign managers, data analysts, and client stakeholders at all levels. You will champion and deliver all allocation and campaign data solutions.
With regard to matters relating to retail allocations, the Account Executive Analyst will remain in contact with the Client Services Team and the client and is responsible for taking ownership of the end-to-end allocation process and developing it further. The Account Executive Analyst is required to maintain store level data and data structures, helping to develop and evolve current systems and future data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical input and support the allocation creation process
2. Interpret client requirements and apply them to the allocation process
3. Provide solutions and innovation where possible
4. Produce accurate allocations and supporting documentation for internal and external clients
5. Maintain store level data via our proprietary software solution
6. Deliver a high level of customer service
7. Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
8. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy
9. Maintain a full understanding of HH Global’s services and work closely with internal departments to provide best-in-class processes and solutions
10. Own processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and governance
11. Work as a team member as well as the sole owner of projects to deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations, analysis, and reporting
12. Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLA’s
13. Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers
14. Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies
15. Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
1. Experience in working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
2. Excellent communication skills and able to effectively manage/lead projects with internal and external stakeholders
3. Previous experience working in retail/data solutions/store allocations or understanding of this
4. Good knowledge and understanding of retail processes and store allocations
5. Able to manage and communicate with key stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
6. Database competency with a strong analytical understanding
7. Experienced and confident with data processing
8. Strong time management and prioritization skills
9. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a good sense of humour
10. Professional, courteous, and calm under pressure
11. Project management and logical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
12. Process-driven, with an eye for continuous improvement
13. Ability to understand analysis, insights, and provide recommendations
14. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and specifically Microsoft Excel
15. Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
16. Experience in retail fixtures/displays/POS/store development is preferred but not essential
