Key responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Nurture and grow existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
2. Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, book face to face meetings, and uncover business needs through targeted outreach
3. Sales Support: Collaborate with senior team members, prepare tailored pitches, and track sales activities in CRM systems
4. Reporting: Share insights from client feedback, market trends, and sales activities to drive strategy and improvement
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in the IT/Business Solutions industry with the desire to progress
2. Experience in account management or business development
3. Strong communication, organisational, and CRM skills
4. Self-motivated with a knack for relationship-building and lead generation
5. UK Driving Licence
