Power Platform Analyst
Full Time / Permanent
£45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience plus a bonus and genuinely good benefits package
Hybrid Remote / 1 day every couple of months in Midlands / Oxfordshire head office on average
The Role
As a Power Platform Analyst you will be required to engage with the wider IT team, Architects, delivery specialists and with third party partners to deliver integrations between the Microsoft Power Platform, primarily D365 Customer Engagement, external services / other applications on the estate. Making the best use of the Power Platform, available plug-ins and Azure technologies such as Service Bus and API endpoints to facilitate the automated flow of data between applications and retrieval of data from third party services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understand and document business requirements within the Azure DevOps toolset
2. Own and manage Power Platform environments, ensuring control, structure and consistency
3. Apply understanding of existing Microsoft Dataverse structure to ensure data integrity
4. Analyse third party API offerings to design data point mappings
5. Design and develop appropriate, secure and scalable solutions based on best practices
6. Engage with architects and wider IT delivery teams to ensure solutions meet standards and are fit for purpose
7. Ensure the resilience and supportability of solutions via appropriate alerting, logging and error handling
8. Create high quality technical documentation
