RG Consultancy are working with a rapidly growing business on a brand-new role for a Finance Manager or Management Accountant who wants to develop. You will work for a growing SME within a small finance team, report to and work closely with the Financial Director. You will be responsible for the management accounts, day to day running of the accounts department and oversee a small team of two accounts assistants. 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays (rising with service) Free onsite parking Study support Private healthcare Flexible working Training and development Pension scheme The Role Preparation of monthly Management Accounts Balance sheet reconciliations Accruals and prepayments Monthly Profit & Loss VAT Returns Supporting and overseeing a small transactional team Supporting projects, company growth and process improvements Assisting with year end and audit preparations Any other tasks to support the Finance Director as required The Person CIMA/ACCA part or fully qualified Worked within an SME as a Finance Manager or a larger business as a management accountant would be an advantage Experience with implementation of a new system would be an advantage Experienced with managing or overseeing a small team
