About the role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role will focus on content creation, campaign support, and managing website content to promote our innovative products and services in the global market. What you will be doing: Campaign Support: Develop goal-orientated campaign assets and content (email, ad copy, landing pages, etc.), track and report on their performance and work with the team to achieve outstanding results Provide creative input for campaign visuals and messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness whilst supporting the creation of segmentation lists for campaigns, MQL upload and set up of automated sequences Website & Content Management: Manage website content (e.g., product pages, landing pages, blog posts), support the implementation of on-page SEO to improve website ranking for key search terms Oversee the localization of content for different international markets, ensuring 100% accuracy and cultural relevance Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement regular and ongoing website improvements (e.g., page load speed, content layout) Customer Marketing: Support the execution of campaigns for product launches and updates Assist in developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns to drive cross-sell and upsell marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure accurate tracking of customer MQLs and pipeline performance About you: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within demand generation (preferably in B2B or tech industries). Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar) and basic HTML Understanding of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) Creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas Excellent communication and organisational skills Data-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with email marketing, social media platforms, and digital advertising Desirable: Experience in the translation, localization, or technology sectors Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
